He knew his product line, was well informed, and didn't try to sell me on something else or more then I wanted. In other words he wasn't too pushy. And Omar the finance guy was a great guy to work with, a little more high pressure, but that's his job and I enjoyed working with him. He really was comical. So Overall the Wilde Chrysler/Dodge/ Jeep dealer was great to work with. Now I've read other peoples reviews about Wilde and I imagine they don't like car dealers to begin with and all I say about Wilde is they're just real people trying to make a living and Wilde's people are some of the greatest and I've boughten a lot of cars in my lifetime. I have never visited a car dealership where a salesman isn't willing, or rather, pushing themselves at you to sell a vehicle. Not one, not two, but multiple salesmen ignored my husband and I when we came into Wilde to purchase a vehcile and actually told us that they were closed and to come back on Monday! We live 2 hours away from the lot!!! After speaking with the Manager, I thought he might be willing to sell us a vehicle for a price that was more than fair for a used vehicle...especially after the terrible customer service we experienced on Saturday. Boy was I mistaken!! He was only willing to budge $500 off the asking price. What an insult!!! It cost us $100 just to drive to the Wilde lot! If you're looking to BUY a vehicle, you might want to find a dealership that is in the business of SELLING! Wilde in Waukesha is NOT in the right business and may need to find a different calling!!!
