Leary of online pictures he did a walk around on the vehicle we were interested in and called me back with a condition report and car fax. I arranged for us to drive down the next day and the vehicle was ready for a test drive. Finance matched our great rate. Everyone we encountered was friendly. Very nice store. Thank you Tim Brown. From the moment we walked in the door I knew we were not in a normal dealership. we were NOT besieged by a dozen blood thirsty sales people all clamoring for our attention while reaching for our wallets... We were greeted kindly and courteously by the staff as we walked through the showroom and eventually the Sales Manager came over and asked if he could help us in any way. We explained what we trying to learn about models and options and he thoughtfully paired us with Jeffrey Beamon, a number one ranked Salesman. Jeffrey brought various models to the front door, making sure they were warmed up and ready for test drives. Josh Rose came over near the end of our visit to help us clarify our decisions especially as they related to powertrain options and then volunteered his personal cell number to call him on his day off if necessary. 2 days later the decision was made, Jeff & Josh having done most of the hard work for us and then we met Omar in finance to help decide on which protection and payment plans best fit our needs. Overall an incredibly satisfying buying decision and it was truly a pleasure working with such professionals. More
