The way he talks, laughs and his ability to listen and hear what you have to say definitely put the whole process in a NO pressure zone. The selection of SUV at the waukesha dealer was outstanding and we quickly picked one I liked. The sale was made and Jose was outstanding through the process, but this gets better. A few days into my new used jeep I notices a vibration in the steering at high higher speeds, being that that car was only a week new to me I emailed the Gen Mng Pete. He responded instantly and said he would have Jose call me. which he did and got me in within days and fixed the small issues only having to wait about an hour in the service department...
