Completely inept service department. Took my Cadillac there (which I purchased new from Wilcoxson) because of a squeak in the left front suspension. They misdiagnosed the problem as struts and wanted to charge $2000 to fix it. I took the car to a small local tire store. One of there young men came out and looked at it found and fixed the problem which was a bearing on some type of swing are and charged me around $500. I wrote to Wilcoxson and explained this and they ignored my complaint. More
