Easy & painless My wife and I have been in the process of looking for a new car for over 4 months now. We visited Wickstrom late December and where not quite ready. T My wife and I have been in the process of looking for a new car for over 4 months now. We visited Wickstrom late December and where not quite ready. This past Saturday, it was time, and after a couple of bad experiences with other local dealers, we returned to Wickstrom. Renee helped us a few months ago and when we returned, she remembered us, and everything that we were looking for in a new car. The negotiations were professional and I felt as I got the best deal around. I can't thank her enough for putting my wife in the car of her dreams. The entire process was pressure free and easy. I didn't get that Jeep t-shirt in the end, most likely because we didn't finish until after 7PM and the dealership had been long closed. My wife and I left with a smile and the next morning we couldn't believe how awesome the experience was. Renee and and couple of her employees stayed late and surpassed what a normal dealership would have done, they did not rush us and I felt that they were actually happy to be there and help us get a car. Because of all this, I now plan to return to trade in my current vehicle and get into something newer.
