A few years ago, my wife and I made a vehicle purchase at Wickstrom Auto Group and worked with Eric Jensen. He was fantastic to work as was the dealership, and we’ve since continued to use them for ongoing Wickstrom Auto Group and worked with Eric Jensen. He was fantastic to work as was the dealership, and we’ve since continued to use them for ongoing vehicle maintenance. Because of their level of support, I felt more than comfortable having my parents go to Wickstrom too. Eric was extremely kind and patient with them through the entire process, not to mention getting them a great deal on their new SUV. I purchased a used vehicle from them and drove 2 hours away for the vehicle. I bought the car cause it had all the options I wanted and was the closest one to me. after owning it for a few days I’ve notic away for the vehicle. I bought the car cause it had all the options I wanted and was the closest one to me. after owning it for a few days I’ve noticed it is leaking oil and now I have to spend $1k+ to get the valve cover and other gaskets replaced. Along with that I told them who I wanted to get financed thru and they did not listen to me and went to other banks I have never heard of and ran my credit multiple times. They have not answered my calls or emails about helping fix the gaskets that they should have replaced before I purchased it. They are like every other dealer and a bunch of crooks that milk ya for every penny. I would not recommend them unless you want to be taken advantage of. More
