Absolute worst dealer in the area, and that’s saying a lot. Trading in a 21 Yukon Denali that I have $30k IN EQUITY in for a used 2021 Ram Pickup. Dealership wouldn’t take a hold check while waiting lot. Trading in a 21 Yukon Denali that I have $30k IN EQUITY in for a used 2021 Ram Pickup. Dealership wouldn’t take a hold check while waiting 1 day for my credit union to overnight a balance check. Told me that I had to have a cashiers check AND BEFORE I COULD DRIVE AWAY THEY WOULD HAVE TO VERIFY THAT THE CHECK WAS REAL. I’m sorry but you are a barrington car dealership and I’m a local business owner and you tell me that I must pay by cashiers check? What is this… the 1960’s? I seriously wonder if the fact that I’m Jewish had something to do with this dealers attitude, since I’ve spent millions of dollars down the street at Motorwerks and never had an issue BRINGING A CHECK THE NEXT DAY when I’ve made a purchase. Please do yourself a favor and shop anywhere but at Wickstrom. Most unprofessional dealership I’ve gone into… management is C Tier at the best, and the ownership must not care because they allow these people to work there. More

Purchased a Grand Wagoneer. Don DiPaulo and Chris Moose took care of me. This dealership is better than the BMW and Land Rover dealership I used for previous cars. This is also Don DiPaulo and Chris Moose took care of me. This dealership is better than the BMW and Land Rover dealership I used for previous cars. This is also a true Wagoneer Certified dealership, by far the best one in The Chicagoland area. The management at this place has been intact forever, and they treat customers five star all the time even in the current environment with limited inventory. I also originally contacted them through email and they treated me five star not even knowing if I was a real buyer or a time waster. Was in and out of the dealership in 30 minutes, everything was priced exactly the way that was promised with no ridiculous fees or dealer install accessories added. Ask for Don and Chris they will take care of you, I needed their help after the sale and they responded immediately and took care of everything I needed. This is how car buying should be, go out of your way to buy from this dealership when buying any Jeep, Dodge, Ram or Chrysler product. More
