I want to take a minute to share my recent experience at Wickstrom Auto Group of who I would highly recommend to anyone shopping for an auto. I went to look at a vehicle I was curious about with a family member that recommended I do so as they had already bought one auto from them and was ordering another and wanted to introduce me to their salesman Eric Nelson. After doing my homework and shopping around with local dealerships, I chose to drive over an hour to the far north suburb of Barrington to purchase my auto. I would like to give high praise to my salesman Eric Nelson! He was extremely genuine and a true professional and far superior to that of the salesmen I encountered at other local dealerships. His approach was quite relaxed and there was no pressure from him at all. I had a couple of bumps in the road that I needed to get past, and I can’t say enough about how the entire staff went above and beyond to make things work in my favor. The integrity of Eric and the Wickstrom staff goes without challenge. The customer care they demonstrated is obviously why the company thrives and will exist for many years to come so that all who choose to do business with this dealership, Eric Nelson and their entire staff will certainly benefit from the wonderful service that they provide. My experience was better then I could of hoped for. I took my little boy with me to buy a car and the salesman Woody was very good with him.
