I spent about a month doing research, test driving cars and emailing back-and-forth. He was more than understanding and went above and beyond to help me. After driving just about every Jeep they had, I finally narrowed it down. He was there to help me at every step. I now have the Jeep I want and I could not be happier. GREAT customer service for the 4th time in a row!!! We have purchased our 4th vehicle from Whitten. I was not sure if we would be able to get it done because our truck was so new....but once again they We have purchased our 4th vehicle from Whitten. This dealership has a no pressure sales approach. They help you choose the vehicle that is right for you and give you a great deal. There is no better feeling than diving a vehicle that you have to look at everyday and drive everyday that came with a great buying experience. Service Dept needs HELP Took our van in for service (check engine light) got it back "fixed" in a couple days. Check engine light came back on two days later. Well here we are two weeks later and it still isn't fixed. The service dept doesn't communicate very well the progress or lack of with our repair. Ive called several times and feel like I get the run around. Ive been promised it would be ready on 3 different occasions only to be let down. They should learn to " under promise and over achieve". We are very disappointed and will look for a different Dodge dealer to work with in the future, even if we have to travel further. It would be nice if the management actually came on here and would read the reviews. More

Knowing going in what truck we were looking for and the help of Vicky and Whitten Brothers staff. We were able to drive a brand new truck home that evening. With Whitten having the truck in stock and very few nearby. The trip was worth it. Yes we could have had it transferred but decided to purchase it directly from Whitten Brothers. With a good deal and the Whitten Advantage it was a no brainer. Even though the vehicle won't be serviced there "The Whitten Advantage" still will have some advantages for our truck.
