We were only 4 years into a 7 year warranty so we really didn't "need" a new car but we weren't happy with the performance. We found a great price and great warranty online at Whitten Brothers so we decided to pack up the kids and bring the whole family for the "real" test drive. Cathy got us first thing on a Saturday. And she was fantastic! She was patient, explained all of the features throughly and answered all of our questions with grace. We ended up leaving that day without a car but came back a few days later and sealed the deal. Every aspect of the process was smooth and we are extremely happy with our purchase. When I compare this experience with my last car purchase I can speak with peace that it was the best decision for us. We received a follow up call from Cathy a few days after driving off the lot. We also received notifications via email from Whitten, Chrysler, SiriusXM to get to know my new vehicle better. More

Rick was very patient in helping us find the Jeep that is perfect for us. He went above and beyond in helping us test drive several different variants to find the features that suited us. Rick personally drove to their Midlothian location to bring back the model we ended up loving. The price was fair and they offered me a generous allowance on my trade-in, an '04 Grand Cherokee that has seen better days. Best Car Purchase Process to date! I wanted to trade in my F-250 for a used Wrangler to tow behind our RV. Cathy went to the other lot and picked it up over her lunch. Cathy asked me some questions then introduced me to the new Wrangler JL. She took the time to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I am very pleased with the JL. The price negotiations where cut and dry due to Trade-In, and Online Pricing. The process through financial was the quickest I've ever been through. All paperwork download to a thumb drive. Delivery was spotless, the JL was ready when I was done with Finance. Cathy then took her time going through every feature of my Wrangler. Thank you all. More
