Cusomter Driven What can I say, my experience dealing with Whitten Brothers of Ashland has been very pleasing and uplifting. My troubles began a year ago when I purc What can I say, my experience dealing with Whitten Brothers of Ashland has been very pleasing and uplifting. My troubles began a year ago when I purchased a pre-certified 2016 RAM 1500 in May 2017. After only 1 month, the entire electronic system shutdown while driving. Went back to the dealer, no codes. Drove the truck and within about another month, the truck shutdown again. Again, no codes and no complaints within the Chrysler network. Dealer kept truck over a month and couldn't reproduce. Afterwards, I spoke with the service manager and after expressing how dissatisfied and disappointed I was with experience, he performed his own research and replaced ignition key module. I was very much appreciative and had no troubles for about 7 months until of April of this year (2018). Same electronic problem. So after the fourth time and in a situation that wasn't ideal, I asked the dealership to get me out of this vehicle. The staff including service manager, general manager, and sales where very understanding and work with me to replace with another pre-certified 2016 RAM 1500 with more options. They were able to give me more than I expected for my original RAM while minimizing any additional cost to me. I left feeling very satisfied and felt the entire staff was willing to go the extra mile to provide the customer service you don't see these days. Moral of this review, take the time to be pleasant and work with your dealership. You'll realize that they want to work with you and everyone can win in the end. I can't say enough about the team at Whitten and how they worked with me through this experience. They revived my confidence in dealerships! More
