Excellent Customer Service I have to say Ray Waters was an excellent salesman and a very patient one. I picked out a truck I liked and we test drove it and came back to dealersh I have to say Ray Waters was an excellent salesman and a very patient one. I picked out a truck I liked and we test drove it and came back to dealership and Ray filled out all the paperwork and then I seen another truck on the lot that I liked better so he had to re-do all the paperwork. He worked late into the evening hours with my wife and I and didn't mind at all. He said to me as long as you all are happy with the truck I will stay here all night and do what ever it takes. After we signed all the paperwork he took us out to the truck and demonstrated everything on the truck for us. I would recommend Whitten Brothers to anyone. It was a great experience, had a great salesman, and great customer service. Thanks again Ray for putting us in a very nice truck. More

Good vehicle, good price, good people I had been looking for a full size truck to pull my camper. I have had RAM trucks in the past and I had been happy with them. I researched RAM vehicles in Richmond on the Internet and Whitten Brothers stood out as having the best selection of vehicles and best prices. I found the vehicle that I was interested in and salesman, Richard Condrey quoted me a price with all the incentives shown on the internet.. I needed an aggressive valuation on my trade in to be able to afford the new vehicle. The valuation started out low but sales manager, Bob Harrison came out and personally made me an offer very close to what I had asked for. I was still concerned about the interest rate but they assured me that it would be good. Everything came out good with the deal and the sales staff delivered on what they promised. I look forward to making Whitten Brothers of Ashland my go to car dealer. More

Good price; good service I've been looking for a Dodge Challenger with specific equipment for some time. While browsing the Internet, I found the exact car I wanted at Whitte I've been looking for a Dodge Challenger with specific equipment for some time. While browsing the Internet, I found the exact car I wanted at Whitten Brothers. They made me a great offer via email, so I went to the dealership for a test drive. I worked with Cathy McCarthey, who was a pleasure -- very knowledgeable, pleasant, and not pushy, I bought the car and drove it home the same day. My only criticism is the dealership's use of the Kelley Blue Book Instant Cash program to value my old car. The dealer encouraged me to use the program before coming in, and it gave a generous value. The program web site indicated that I could use that value as the trade in amount or sell my old car for that price to the dealer. When I arrived at the dealer, however, I was told that the quoted price had no validity, and they made me a substantially lower offer for trade in. After some negotiation, we arrived at a trade in value about $300 less than the KBB amount, which I accepted -- I really wanted that new car! However, Whitten Brothers should either honor the KBB price or get out of the program. What they are doing now is misleading. Otherwise, buying my new Challenger from Whitten was a great experience.
