It is a practice used be most dealers I found online. Whitten did make some allowance to make up for the addition of the destination charge though. All in all, a good experience. There was some haggling with my trade so a bit of pressure to take less for it which I reluctantly did. If my experience stopped there I would have given them 4 stars, however I drove 2 hours to pick out this particular vehicle I was interested in and once I made it home and realized I had a small issue, they made arrangements with my local dealer to repair the issue. The part was not cheap, and this was a used car mind you and they still took care of the problem without me having to drive all the way back. That service definitely gave them 5 stars and would refer them to everyone. More

Buying process takes forever I went on all websites to compare prices. I tried to negotiate down the price but their sales manager (Jason) will not gave you a dime less. The processing wait took us 4 hours and 30 minutes just to drive away with this truck. Here's the reason, financial person ( CB) will try to convince you to buy every possible dealer addons he can think of. Gives you the scare tactics as well. Then, they have this dealer program of itching the ID on the truck. for easy recovery when stolen. This is a truck!!! Not a million dollar vehicle. Which by the way, you don't have a say, for another $399. If not for the price, I would have gone to another dealership. But definitely not buying or recommend buying from you guys.
