I highly reccommend calling ahead and asking for him. He was laid back and answered all our specific questions. I never felt pressured and left feeling like I had made a friend. The finance department is disappointing. When it came time to look into warranties the entire vibe became aggressive and tense. Our motive was just to see the options and make a decision that fit our financial goals. Once we began discussing not purchasing a warranty the finance staff began to ridicule the decision. This caused unneeded stress on what should have been a simple conversation. I have bought 4 cars in my lifetime and I have never been treated this way during the warranty portion of the transaction. All in all the sales staff was professional and pleasant. The finance department could use some training. More

Satisfactory conclusion to a long search I spent many hours online searching for a truck to meet some very specific requirements. Another outstanding experience Kudos one again to Cathy and the rest of the team at Whitten Brothers. I dropped my new Ram 3500 off to have the spray in bedliner put in that we had Kudos one again to Cathy and the rest of the team at Whitten Brothers. I dropped my new Ram 3500 off to have the spray in bedliner put in that we had negotiated during the sale, and although they had no obligation to do so, Cathy and the service team took care of getting it over to Ashland Hitch for steps to be installed (not connected with the sale at all) instead of me having to make multiple trips for that which is an hour from my house each way. Then, when the step work could not because finished because of a manufacturer part problem, they went back over and picked up my truck and brought it back to the dealership for me so I could get it back Friday night since I work in DC and had no way to get there before the other store closed for the weekend. I would recommend Whitten Brothers to everybody for bot sales and service - it is worth the trip even if you are hours away. More

When I arrived my name was on the board , it was surprisingly nice to see my name in lights :) I was quickly met, test drove the vehicle and was amazed as how quickly the financing was completed. I did arrive at 630pm and they closed at 8pm I never felt rushed. Ray took his time to go over all the features in the truck even though it was well past closing. I got a great deal.
