The average time for an oil change, tire rotation and 21 point inspection, by GM average is about an hour, which means that your service was slightly longer than the national average. That being said, your time is valuable and we try to be respectful of that. This is actually Matt’s wife, I drive the truck full time, but don’t worry my husband fixed it himself and it runs better than it ever did, so disappointed in the dealership. When you decide you won’t do warranty work on a vehicle, the manager himself should’ve called us, instead we got a tech from service who was very short with me on the phone when he called. So glad I had to pay for the tow bill as well.. was told to have it towed there and turn around and be charged for it, that was $150 that could’ve went to our family. Thanks.
