This is the 3rd time that I had my car in for the exact same reason ..... my brakes!!!! Once I had to have it towed back from Columbus Ohio. Sean and Zack were no help at all. The dealership tends to blame the customers, and from what I've heard from other people, they've had the same issue with the dealership and have chosen not to return. I wish I had known that before I bought this "lemon". All 3 times that I found my brakes were faulty, I was driving on I-70 and almost wrecked, and once I was into the back of a semi-truck! This time, when I took it in, I sat in the waiting room from 9:00 until 2:30 (and yes Sean, I know I did not have an appt.). In between there, I was not told that the company shut down for a company picnic until I went looking for someone to give me an update on my car. This was on July 3rd, and it is now July 18th, and they are telling me that they are not going to fix my car! It is still under warranty!!! What a joke Whiteside's is! More
