My husband and I are new to the area, and have been leasing our Honda the last couple of years. We decided leasing no longer suits us, and were ready to purchase. We visit White’s Honda and was greated leasing our Honda the last couple of years. We decided leasing no longer suits us, and were ready to purchase. We visit White’s Honda and was greated in the parking lot by Mike. Mike was full of energy and ready to help. He asked all the right questions that neither of us had fully considered yet. Mike pulled around the CRV that best suited our needs and we purchased it. Mike was great throughout the whole experience. Very personable, happy, cracking jokes. Would highly recommend anyone to work with him. Any of our future needs, I’ll be looking for Mike. More

I was pleased with the actual servicing of my vehicle. What I did not like was that a loaner car would not be provided. I live an hour away and would never have purchased the polysteel package if I had kn What I did not like was that a loaner car would not be provided. I live an hour away and would never have purchased the polysteel package if I had known that a loaner would not be provided. I had to have a family member also drive their vehicle from an hour away just so that I was not stuck waiting inside the dealership with my 1 year old child. Like I said earlier, I I was overall happy with the actual servicing and how clean my van was when completed. Just please consider changing your policy on a loaner vehicle for the day, as I am assuming I'm not the only person who lives outside of Lima. Thank you. More
