We had a recall on our 2019 Pilot. They got us in within 10 days and what they said could be 2-3 hours ended up being only 1. It was great and very friendly service. the job took longer than expected. but they gave me a free rental. As always service was timely and customer service was excellent. Everyone needs an “above and beyond” for their professionalism. Unknown to me until a day later I realized I went on the wrong day.
