I was not going to be extorted in that way and refused. Then I was insulted because he said we wont have any trouble selling this vehicle. I took it as we dont need your business. So I walked away. Whats the crazy part is I got almost the exact same deal without having to purchase any extras. Really put a bad taste in my mouth. Such business practices are wrong and unethical. More

I paid for a wash, wax, sweep out. My car was not swept out, there was dirt throughout the front, middle and back of the car. There were marks from a chemical on 2 outer trim pieces, t My car was not swept out, there was dirt throughout the front, middle and back of the car. There were marks from a chemical on 2 outer trim pieces, the same dirt and bugs remained on the front grill area. Robbie the summer detail manager was called out. He was very kind and worked to clean off the outer 2 trim pieces, then offered to sweep out my car the next day. I was back at work and unable to meet with Robbie.I won't be utilizing or recommending your summer detail service. $69.00 absolutely not worth it. On a positive note the rest of the car was washed and possibly waxed. More
