The work that was done to my vehicle was great. The communication with the workers was not. I was led to believe my vehicle would be done earlier than it was. This caused me to make an extra trip. A guy told me they could leave the keys in the vehicle because it would be after-hours by the time I could pick it up. They didn't. I had to come back a third time. I live 45 minutes away so it was a real pain. I left two voicemails with two separate workers. Neither was returned. And the one woman was screwing around on her phone when I walked in, so she obviously isn't doing her job if she can't answer messages from customers but can play on her personal device. More

I took my vehicle in for some warranty work and on my note to the service department I had told them that there was a code showing B1 2 I asked them to quote that service for me and give us a call and le note to the service department I had told them that there was a code showing B1 2 I asked them to quote that service for me and give us a call and let us know what it was and what it would cost they then called me to let me know that my warranty work was done and never mentioned a word about the B1 2 code so I then asked them about it and they never even checked it so now I had to be without a car for another day to have that B1 2 service done.
