Dealer failed to put information on new window sticker. No date or mileage. Last time they failed to properly tighten oil filter. Almost lost engine. Not even a call back after I complained. Sold me the vehicle while it had a recall on it. Got stranded multiple states away. Incurred lodging, rental car etc expenses which I had to pay for. Their solution? Buy a tonneau cover and/or side steps and we will do it at dealer cost ‼️. What a joke. Every time I come in for an oil change they want to upsell me but like I said, they can’t even do the oil change correctly. I have absolutely zero confidence in this dealership. They left me a voicemail yesterday wanting to make sure I gave them a good review and if I had an issue to contact them first. I’ve done that several times and they’ve never done anything so I refuse to do it this time. The time has come and gone that this dealership needs to look in the mirror and start square one all over again when it comes to customer service. More
