I brought my Honda Odyssey van to the service department for a complete brake replacement. They replaced all 4 and turned the rotors. The van is now braking very smoothly. Took my wife's van in for an oil change and they told her they recommend doing a tire alignment and balance (we didn't buy tires). The second time we had to bring our vehicle back because their techs don’t know how to properly diagnose a vehicle. Only after I sent the first review and wrote my diagnosis in that survey did we get a call their techs don’t know how to properly diagnose a vehicle. Only after I sent the first review and wrote my diagnosis in that survey did we get a call about what the issue was. We weren’t kept updated the status of our vehicle by Tyler Hepp. He never answered our calls. We were told the repair could possibly take that evening or the next day at the latest. After the first day, we were told the wrong part was ordered. The third day we were told it may be done but he would keep us updated. The only update we got was an hour before they closed saying the vehicle was finished. We brought the vehicle home, kids car seats were unlatched and multiple trim pieces were on the floor that I had to reattach. This service center is a joke and we plan on expressing this to Honda corporate as well as others who ask us for our opinion. Unless it’s warranty work, we won’t be back. More
