Got oil & tire rotation Was in fast lane for 1 hour 33 mins and only had a pickup in front of me. Once I got pulled in. Took another 45 mins before they handed me the paperwork I paid went to get my tru mins and only had a pickup in front of me. Once I got pulled in. Didn’t top off my fluids No paperwork for the multiple inspection but was charged This place has went down hill. Did they really do an oil change and tire rotation ????? They had no PTO Ken charging me for it and when I asked. The kid said. Yeh We got busy. So you put my truck to the side while u finished others ??? What is the speed lane for ?? No reply More

My most recent service was for my RV alternator failure the day before Thanksgiving when I was in route for gathering with family in the Columbus area. Curt notified Eric I was in route to White’s with the battery light on. They had me go straight to the garage door to the big truck rack where Eric met me with the door going up. He then diagnosed the alternator needed replaced and started the removal while Tanya expedited delivery of the replacement. I was back traveling in 1-1/2 hrs. Amazing service! Thanks immensely. More
