White's Ford

I brought my 2013 Fusion, to White's Ford, because my key fobs stopped working, tire inflation light came on, and the dome light would come on while driving. Service Manager Natasha and Service Writer Teddy fobs stopped working, tire inflation light came on, and the dome light would come on while driving. Service Manager Natasha and Service Writer Teddy did and excellent job helping me get my car into service. Johnny took me home when I dropped my car at the dealership. Teddy was very good at keeping the bill at 1 hour labor for diagnosis. I had to save money to have the diagnosis done. If the car couldn't be fixed in 1 hour I couldn't afford to continue. When the work was complete Seth from Parts Department picked me up at my house and drove me back to White's. I am sorry to say, I don't know the name of the mechanic that repaired my car. What I can say is that everyone involved in the repairs and my experience at White's, did an excellent job! I will recommend White's Ford, Urbana, Ohio. Thank you all! Mike Duffy More

I would go back for sure. I wasn’t there for any actual repairs, but what I think is a defect in my tires. They were very patient, polite and made every effort to help. I will never use nor recommend this dealership due to their service department. My mother had repairs done by their service center. The issue wasn't fixed.
