The super sale that we participated in was absolutely horrible. Not only was it extremely high pressured it was extremely unorganized. When something went wrong with the car that we bought during that supercell the super sale team wanted us to buy another car which was going to add another payment that we could not afford onto and already bad situation. Instead of working with us to try to find a way to get the car fixed they just wanted us to buy another one. That felt extremely disrespectful. The regular staff of whites did a little bit better, but still made us feel like they were only looking for a resolution that would help them get rid of us. They were not looking to improve or continue the relationship that we had with them. We have bought cars from whites for over a decade but will probably never come back because of this past experience More

At 4 weeks, repair took too long. And I shouldn’t have had to pay half of the recall charge because the car was in Montrose Ford for the shift linkage bushing recall and they were tol And I shouldn’t have had to pay half of the recall charge because the car was in Montrose Ford for the shift linkage bushing recall and they were told to check the flex plate due to a transmission seal leak and noise. The service writer said that if the flex plate was broken, I wouldn’t be able to drive it. I retired from being a professional mechanic and former transmission rebuilder, and replaced many flex plates, flywheels and ring gears. I consider this a slap in the face by Ford and some of their dealerships. I have been an avid Ford owner for many years, and this experience has shaken my faith in Ford products seeing that the 2017 Escape had to have the engine replaced at 38,000 miles which took Valley Ford 4 month to complete. When the Escape was returned to me, the brake rotors were rusted so badly they had to be replaced, which Valley Ford wanted to charge me $1200 to do the job. Future Ford owner, to be determined! As far as White Ford goes, great people, but they need more technicians to improve turnaround and customer service satisfaction. More
