(Long overdue review!!) If you're looking for a dealership that makes you part of the family, look no further!! We were in a pickle, 14 hrs from home over a holiday with the dreaded transmission slips on our 2022 Ascent. We drove from New Hampshire to Vermont without many options. Everything is far and few between and we were running thin, and absolutely had no idea what to expect. You're far from home and some people will take advantage, right? White River Subaru is not that place!!!! We are incredibly grateful to have driven into this lot! They treated us like we've been loyal customers for decades, and part of their Subaru family! They went above and beyond any expectations we would have ever had back home! They took quick action on figuring out our issues, as well as, going beyond that and took care of a recall issue for the front brake issues as well. They were busy (good sign!) but were kind enough to fit us in without having to wait hours and hours or even days, that we didn't have. They were able to get the part in even with the holiday. They were able to complete the work, gave us a loaner so we could still enjoy our time with family, and make sure our car was safe and ready to go for the long hull back to Pittsburgh, PA with our kids. I could never express our gratitude for them and how they handled our issues! Everyone was so kind and helpful! HONESTLY, I'D DRIVE BACK THE 14HRS TO GO HERE EVERYTIME IF I COULD!! They were that great! A HUGE Thank You to Nick and Jerod in the service department, your kindness and understanding with our situation will never be forgotten! More

andre was excellent- thorough and courteous . he noticed that my inspection sticker had expired and performed the inspection on the spot! i a handicapped and cannot sit for long periods- the whol he noticed that my inspection sticker had expired and performed the inspection on the spot! i a handicapped and cannot sit for long periods- the whole service and inspection- including a courtesy car wash took barely and hour and a half! thank you More
