Worse customer service and customer loyalty I’ve ever dealt with. Purchased a car from the Waukegan location. Within the first week the vehicle had several issues, safety was a huge concern. Had several emails from the waukegan finance manager telling me he would fix the issues but parts were on back order. Waiting 2 months heard nothing. Upon contacting him back, he attempted to act as if he had been waiting on me all this time (Even though the emails proved otherwise) He has something against dealing with a Female,He refused to contact me directly and would constantly interrupt my husband at work. Tried to put me in a “complimentary” loaner that wasn’t fit or safe for the road (the entire steering wheel moved about and was broken) after I refused to put my life in danger, he refused to fix my car at all. He then provided an estimate and expected me to pay for the issues. I’m not paying for issues that his lack of attention caused. They then passed my calls around like a hot potato. They will block you out completely and accuse you of being irrational in order to avoid fixing their lemons. The only assistance I was able to get was from the head of Chicago Acceptance. More

I advised my payment would be late due to starting a new job, lady that answered phone said ok. My payment was due on the 18th, advised I was awaiting my last paycheck and first paycheck from new job on the 31st. Needless to say with the payment only five days late they turned my car off. You would think they would care about their customers especially if my note has always been paid and on time. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!!They only care about the money not the customer. More

I went to a couple other dealerships first and I had the feeling like I was getting ripped off and taken advantage off. I also don't have the best credit and wheels of Chicago approved me to get financed at a very reasonable interest rate. They have the best customer service and they even let me get free car washes whenever I want! Last week I went back to Wheels Chicago and helped My girlfriend with buying a used Jeep Cherokee.
