Every visit to Whaling City, whether to buy a vehicle or have one serviced, has always been a pleasure. I arranged a deal over email with Vinny. He was quick to respond and match the prices of another dealership. I called him and asked multiple times in there would be any additional delivery/extra fees. He as respond and match the prices of another dealership. When I got to the dealership, He brings out a sheet with almost $1000 in extra fees, Vinny was extremely rude and wasted my time. I recommend you go to another dealership. More

The service staff was able to fit me in for an oil change and tire rotation on short notice, and had the car ready exactly when they said it would be.
