Happy to be a Whaling City Ford customer A lot of people misuse the word family these days. But from the moment you enter the Whaling City dealership to the time you leave, you feel like family because you're treated like family. Starts with a smiling face who remembers your name, in my case Aaron, the sales pro I bought my car from, who always stops what he's doing to say hi when I come in; to Tim my service rep who remembers me and greets me with a hand shake and a smile. From the moment I explain my issue to the short time it takes them to figure out what the problem is, I am contually apprised of what going on and how much longer it will take. I'm relaxed and happy that my issue is in good hands and being taken care of. This genuine regard for me will keep me coming back for service and for my next purchase, another Lincoln MKX when Ford does it's next update of that model. Thank you Tim and your team for taking such good care of me. Bill More

I recently purchased a 2006 h3 hummer from your dealership. Your customer svc goes above and beyond what is expected. David is an awesome salesman and a xxxx of a person. Well, Aaron was just like that. Put me at ease, no pressure, went above and beyond with his customer service....if all your other sales people are like this..you have one xxxx of a dealership! Aaron did introduce me to sales and showed me around and made the whole buying experience so easy and I have already told all my co-workers what a great experience I had. I am so happy about my Mazda and expect many happy years of driving! I would recommend anyone to ask for Aaron if they are looking to buy as he was just wonderful! More
Doing business at this dealership has been one of the worst decisions and experiences of my lifetime. We purchased a 2008 Lincoln MKZ with 30,000 miles. We were told it was a proforma car and belonged worst decisions and experiences of my lifetime. We purchased a 2008 Lincoln MKZ with 30,000 miles. We were told it was a proforma car and belonged to a ford manager. First of all, we over paid for our extended warranty. We were given a form and were told this is your extended contract. There was so much confusion going on, we really did not give it a close look. When we needed it, we discovered we had received a 30 day run of the mill certified car warranty. Shame on us for not looking at it closely. I am embarrassed to say how much we were taken for. The next thing is that we had purchased a car several months before this and had a perfect credit rating. The credit report that they ran was not that favorable and were told that our interest rate was going to be 4.9. No one was charging 4.9 for credit. We were shocked. We have since had our credit rating done several times, and it is excellent. A week or so after we provided Whaling City Ford all of our information, my husband's identity was stolen. It was quite a battle getting this cleared up. We are convinced it was directly related to doing business with Whaling City. (Whaling City assured us this was not the case and that our information was protected.) I was hesitant about buying this car, but the very smooth salesman convinced me that this car was excellent and would go hundred of thousands of miles. It had a perfect track record. Well, it just died with only $70,000 miles. It was an engine melt down. Lincoln Customer Service told us that if we did the repair, they would determine what they would do for us, if anything. At this point, we have little trust or faith in either Lincoln or Ford and we now own a Nissan. The reward that we got for supporting American business is that we were raked over the coals. So much for buying American. Never again. I feel that we have just made a huge donation to Ford. However, in my heart, I think I need that money more than they do. It has been a nightmare. Consumer beware. More
Salesman Aaron Borsher was very knowledgeable with the Ford product. He was nice and easy to speak to. He introduced us to Nathan in the office ( i think the GM?). We had great conversation with him as well and he was friendly to deal with. My husband just sold his cobra and wanted to buy me a AWD Taurus which i really did not have any interest in. I was leaning toward Acura TL. Listening to Aaron speak about Ford and the Taurus SHO vehicle changed my mind. I am very happy with the purchase and glad my husband steered me toward the SHO. Gorgeous vehicle, luxury and sporty all in one!! Aaron also introduced us to service consultant Tim LaDucer who was also a fan of the SHO. We even chatted with him about our daughters Mazda3. We will be servicing her car now as well at Whaling City due to the friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great place to do business with!!! Thank you. Dana & Phillip Williams, Westerly, RI. More
