Happy to be a Whaling City Ford customer A lot of people misuse the word family these days. But from the moment you enter the Whaling City dealership to the time you leave, you feel like fam A lot of people misuse the word family these days. But from the moment you enter the Whaling City dealership to the time you leave, you feel like family because you're treated like family. Starts with a smiling face who remembers your name, in my case Aaron, the sales pro I bought my car from, who always stops what he's doing to say hi when I come in; to Tim my service rep who remembers me and greets me with a hand shake and a smile. From the moment I explain my issue to the short time it takes them to figure out what the problem is, I am contually apprised of what going on and how much longer it will take. I'm relaxed and happy that my issue is in good hands and being taken care of. This genuine regard for me will keep me coming back for service and for my next purchase, another Lincoln MKX when Ford does it's next update of that model. Well, Aaron was just like that. Put me at ease, no pressure, went above and beyond with his customer service....if all your other sales people are like this..you have one xxxx of a dealership! Aaron did introduce me to sales and showed me around and made the whole buying experience so easy and I have already told all my co-workers what a great experience I had. I am so happy about my Mazda and expect many happy years of driving! I would recommend anyone to ask for Aaron if they are looking to buy as he was just wonderful! More
