Dealer #2 called three days later with a parts figure, never called me with a labor cost. Dealer #3 never called me back, even after I called them a second time. Hmmm, strong customer service, no customer service. Who to trust with my car baby? Josh was very close to his quote, but it came in UNDER the quote and on time.
