Outstanding Sales Team! I walked into Whaling City Ford a few months back to just take a look at some of the Lincoln cars (primarily the MKX) and to see them in person. I rea I walked into Whaling City Ford a few months back to just take a look at some of the Lincoln cars (primarily the MKX) and to see them in person. I really had no intention on starting the process at that time. But I met one of the Lincoln Sales rep Sean Trafford and started talking with him. Simply put, he just plain gets me and what I was looking for! It was a perfect experience! I didn't feel like I was being pressured into other choices or given the "sales pitch" (like so many other dealerships/sales people have). He answered the questions I had expertly and reassured me on any other concerns! After having this experience (which I have never had at any other car dealership) I decided to explore pricing. They did an outstanding job at matching my estimates and budget goals! So much so I decided that day to pull the trigger! I highly recommend this dealership, in fact I already have to a few people! Best service I have ever seen! The *only* area for improvement I could think of (and it isn't a huge deal at all) is they are a little strict with how much you can put on a Credit Card compared to other Dealers. So just make sure you bring checks just in case! Again amazing service, I for one am looking forward to many many more years of business with Whaling City Ford! More

Chrysler Town and Country Once again Whaling City came through. The last three cars I have purchased from them and I will be a customer for life. If you still get that dreaded feeling in your stomach just thinking of going to another dealership and dealing with "salespeople", cheer up. At Whaling City Motors in New London you can deal with "real" people. If you know the market then you will know that at Whaling City Motors you can find a good deal without the fear of being taken advantage of. These people will keep their word they will work with you to get you the car you want at the best price. If you are not familiar with the market and you have no clue what is a good car or a good deal it is more important to go to Whaling City Motors. I spent several months researching cars and visiting dealerships. Believe me when I tell you these folks are not out to rob you they want to sell you a car one they will stand behind at a price that works for both you and them. They want you to be their customer now and in the future. Take the test, go to Whaling City Motors and then go to other dealerships I know where you will end up but don't take too much time these folks are busy and there is a reason why they are so busy that nice car you like may not be there when you return disappointed by the why you were treated elsewhere. Save yourself some time, money and hassle get the deal you are looking for the first trip out. More
