I first met with Bear who introduced me to a polite, young man named Shad who took me on a test drive and knew the car's many features. I then met Darnell and we discussed financing options. Still unsure, I slept on it. I went back the next day after deciding on which vehicle I wanted and Darnell fulfilled my request. Everything, including the value of my trade was met. I then met with David who finalized the transaction. I felt that the whole staff environment was inviting. What a pleasurable experience it was and who says that about a dealership? This girl! More

I was disappointed in the salesman, Bobby Tucker, however. We had a 3:30pm appointment to pick up our vehicle - he went out on a test drive just before that time. We waited at his desk for 20 minutes until he returned. Of course, then he had a new customer with him so we were passed on to Austin Verville who demonstrated the vehicle's features to us. We spent no time with the salesman at all that day. Austin did an amazing job and for this fact I give the dealership a good rating. More
