It is really sad when you drive 40 minutes to buy a new car. Now two months later there is a shimmy in the steering. I have been a customer for 45 years. Brought my F150 in for service Specifically a software recall and replacing the gas door. As part of the visit they carried out a “safety check’ and release the car to me with the right tear parking break recall and replacing the gas door. As part of the visit they carried out a “safety check’ and release the car to me with the right tear parking break shoes jammed. Driving home it stated to lock up and shudder. The dealehip took no responsibility. I was ultimately able to free it up myself. What’s the point of a check if you done react to finding a fault? Service manager was very polite throughout. More
