We had an estimate for repair that made us consider a newer truck vs repair old and hope it lasts longer. Service referred us to sales, where we worked with Angel Torres to investigate our options & get a price for our trade in. We first said we wanted a used Heavy Duty. After further investigation (with no push from Angel) we decided to go new. Angel found many options that met our preferences allowing us to weigh price vs features. At no point did Angel try to push us to more expensive options. Additionally, we did not want to spend hours at the dealership, so Angel was able to work via email, sending us truck options and we could narrow down what we wanted. When we finalized our choice, the paperwork part only took 1.5 hours and we left with a new truck. We are happy to do business with Whaling City, both in sales and service. (We do all our service there.) More

Daniel was a pleasure to deal with and we really appreciated the time he took making sure we understood all the features of our new vehicle; he obviously knows what he is selling. We got a very fair price for our trade-in and also for the Ford certified used car we purchased.
