Alberto was so tentative to me and my mother since we walked in, walked us through all paperwork even when his phone would ring to help others. This is what customer service is all about. Replacement for 2000 Ford Focus Brought my 2000 Ford Focus in for brake repair. Discovered that the brake job wasn’t all I needed - due to rot on the undercarriage, plus problems wi Brought my 2000 Ford Focus in for brake repair. Discovered that the brake job wasn’t all I needed - due to rot on the undercarriage, plus problems with the brakes, it was going to cost more than the car was worth. Everyone at the dealer was absolutely wonderful to me. Valerie Muller drove to my house in North Stonington & picked me up so I could look at cars. I had a list of cars I had found online - she took me out for test drives of the cars I had indicated. Once I found one I was interested in, (a certified pre-owned 2018 Ford Focus), management let me drive it home with a small down-payment until I could get access to my annuity for a larger down-payment. They did a credit check & had payment options available the next day. I had a balance due for the work they had already performed on my 2000 Focus - & Aaron Borsher negotiated that down to a little over $100 for me with Jeff Janssen, the repair manager. Dean Russo had the paperwork all ready to sign when I got the rest of my down-payment ready. Darnell Williams had my registration paperwork all set when I was ready to leave. I couldn't have asked for better service from anyone! I’ve been dealing with Whaling City Motors for over 20 years, & will continue to do so in the future because of the wonderful, caring job they do! More

We continue to purchase new Mazdas from this dealership and salesman Dan Burden because we believe Mazdas are the best value product available on the market and because Dan is a true professional. Dan is also courteous and friendly and he is knowledgeable of the features in the new models and can explain them in a simple straight forward manner. In short, Dan does what he says he will do.
