My experience with Whaling City Ford was incredible. Mitch, the salesman I worked with, was super friendly and very attentive to my concerns yet not pushy or aggresive in any way. He was personable and polite and very knowledgeable with the vehicle I was interested in. A real class act! From there I met with Darnell, the sales manager, and Dean, the finance director, and both were very easy to talk to and work with to get my purchase completed. Even the general manager, Filippo, was very approachable and genuinely seemed to care about my needs. Overall I am very pleased with my experience and would highly recommend Whaling City to anyone. Did not buy but was treated very well I was comparing the 2019 Ram 1500 Laramie with the 2019 Ford F150 Lariat. Alberto and Darnell were very accommodating and Darnell tried 6 ways to Sund I was comparing the 2019 Ram 1500 Laramie with the 2019 Ford F150 Lariat. Alberto and Darnell were very accommodating and Darnell tried 6 ways to Sunday to beat the RAM quote I was given. Darnell is a very knowledgeable professional who used to be NAVY so Navy folk ask for Darnell and he'll work his dangest to help you out. If I'm ever in the market for a Ford again I'd be looking for people like Darnell. More
