Joni was fantastic. Very efficient and knowledgeable. Was upset that we had to come back and that tires weren't inspected when rotated to find the slit in one that was Very efficient and knowledgeable. Joni did her best to make it right. Said I needed a new tire. I said since it was so expensive I wanted to shop around. Said no problem but if I wanted to buy it from them I would have to come back to pay for it! I live 40 miles away! Cant believe They wouldn't have just ordered it since I had just spent a lot of money there. Again Joni was a gem. More
