My entire experience was excellent in every way. From the moment I came on the site until the final handshake, the entire process was simple, transparent, and customer-focused. I value the extra effort the sales staff put forth to give me in-depth information about the two Tesla models I was thinking about. There has also been excellent post-purchase assistance offered. Drove an hour from Redondo Beach. Salesman said, that I had to buy the $3,900.00 in extra options because he had to make money. My husband even said he would pay $500.00 more of the asking price if I really wanted the car, The salesman said, "No" he would not remove $3,900.00 in extra options then repeated he has to make money.. Horrible experience. More
The reviews would make you think these guys are straight up people....They are not: they are not a class act. Their sales people are a bunch of non-professionals and the management doesn't keep deals it m up people....They are not: they are not a class act. Their sales people are a bunch of non-professionals and the management doesn't keep deals it makes. If I make a business deal I keep it; that's a foreign concept to these guys. Do not trust this business. I was very interested in buying a truck this shop had, and talked by phone with three of their sales reps on a Saturday morning. Two said they'd call me back, but never did. I finally talked with the Internet Sales Manager, who seemed very competent, and she and I quickly struck a deal on the vehicle for their asking price. She said the Sales Manager would call me to finalize the details. He promptly called, just a few minutes later, and he and I confirmed we had a clear and unambiguous deal. He sent me the 'out the door' total for the truck, and sent me wiring instructions so I could send in the full cash payment as soon as the banks opened Monday. I offered to put a down payment on a card to secure the deal over the weekend, and was told it wasn't necessary--we had a deal and they would get the car ready for me to pick up. I made an appointment to pick up the car the following Tuesday and bought a ticket to fly down from Northern California to pick up the car. The Sales Manager knew I was buying an airline ticket to do the deal. Late in the afternoon that same day l got a text from him saying the deal was off: apparently the owner of the business had done a deal on the side with someone else for the truck, bypassing and not informing his sales staff, and they were backing out of the agreement we had. My airline ticket? I'm out $400. I guess I'll get credit from Alaska Air for another trip down there: I can't imagine why I would want to go...certainly not to do business with West Coast Auto Sales. This is not an outfit you ever want to do business with. More

I saw a car advertised for $22,888, went to the dealer to check it out & was to buy it but they wouldn't sell me the car unless I bought 3 premium packages totaling to $28k & change. I said forget it & walke check it out & was to buy it but they wouldn't sell me the car unless I bought 3 premium packages totaling to $28k & change. I said forget it & walked out. After a 45 min drive home I rec a call from the dealer asking if I was still interested in the car. I laughed & informed them what transpired & they were false advertising. More
The sales person was very nice. The dealership was horrible. They tried to bait and switch my by adding almost $5,000 to the price advertised on their Cars.com listing. Terrible exp The dealership was horrible. They tried to bait and switch my by adding almost $5,000 to the price advertised on their Cars.com listing. Terrible experience. I drove 55 miles to test drive a truck for nothing. I would never do business with these people. More

Bait and switch. Car listed for $19,888. Drove 2 hours and when we got there they added over $4,000 in accessories. Actual price over $24,000. We said we don’t want Car listed for $19,888. Drove 2 hours and when we got there they added over $4,000 in accessories. Actual price over $24,000. We said we don’t want any of that. They refused to sell the car at the advertised price. Completely unethical. So I refused to do business with them. More
