When I picked up the car, it was sparkling clean and stayed that way for a long time. They also had it fully charged (electric part) and fueled (gas part), which was such a nice touch. This is probably my final car, but if it weren't, I would absolutely return to them again. The BMW i3 is such a fun car to drive!
