Bait and switch tactics used as this dealership. Called in to inquire about a used car they had listed at $18,xxx. Was met by a salesperson with a very condescending tone and very dismissive of my q Called in to inquire about a used car they had listed at $18,xxx. Was met by a salesperson with a very condescending tone and very dismissive of my questions. I was told immediately that the car has a $4000 markup. Which doesn't show anywhere on their website. Making the total cost $24k+ OTD. Having a hidden dealer package costing $4k on a preowned car is crazy. After I asked a few more questions. They basically told me to get lost and hung up. Classic bait and switch with horrible customer service. I would recommend to avoid this dealer and shop elsewhere. More
