Unbelievable Experience I started this journey almost month ago looking for the right Ford Fusion for me. I found a nice car on the internet and contacted them. I was not played with it was pure business They told me what they could do and there was no games involved. I showed up yesterday to look at the car and take a drive in it. I wasn't even at the dealership for two hours and I was driving off in my new car. I was very impressed by the speed and lack of games this dealership was involved in. As I walked to the car I was looking at while Ceaser grabbed the keys I was asked by every person I passed if we were ok and if we needed help. The owner even came and talked to us about the process of buying a car at the dealership. I WILL be going back in the near future for another car and that is a fact. More

Toyota Prius in a Hurry My husband and I are preparing to move to a location that will require a commute for my job (70 miles round trip). The vehicles we had were not logical for such an excursion 5 days a week and a commuter car was necessary. With that in mind, we started our internet search for a vehicle with low mileage at a fair price. We stumbled upon Westcoast Auto Sales when a 2012 Toyota Prius C came available that had less mileage and bested the next comparable Prius by $500! We sent the tickler e-mail to Westcoast and received a response that very evening. Cesar was kind and considerate throughout the whole process. We also have two small children (2 months and 2 years) and needed the process to be swift. We were not interested in spending hours at a car dealership that is actually 40 miles from our home. I explained over the phone our terms and conditions that would be agreeable; no negotiations were going to occur. We got the car we wanted, for the price we wanted. Argenis and Cesar made it a very pleasant experience and we were able to drive away happy. They kept to their word and there was no back and forth. Everything discussed over the phone was what actually transpired without any complaint. Overall good experience, Staff was helpful. Went to the dealership to look at a Honda Odyssey and negotiated with Raji and Ali on a price. The vehicle was not fully finished for the showroom f Went to the dealership to look at a Honda Odyssey and negotiated with Raji and Ali on a price. The vehicle was not fully finished for the showroom floor due to the center console not being secured to the floor since some small parts were still on order. Ali suggested that I bring the vehicle to him once parts came in or he could mail me the missing parts to install at my convenience. Even though the Odyssey had its pre-owned vehicle flaws we still liked it and decided to purchase it. Raji tended to most of our questions and was very helpful in guiding us through the purchase process. Argenis explained all documentation, a superb professional at his job. Once all documentation was completed we drove home for two hours in a smooth operating vehicle, it was a delight. I was happy with the purchase and look forward to enjoy it this summer with the family. More
