My only issue was that we came in looking for a specific, advertised car. When we arrived, the car was there as described, but the windows had been tinted. This "add-on" was a nice perk, but it upped the price pretty significantly (for our modest budget, anyway). They were adamant about not coming down on the price, and although they technically could have removed the tinting, it would have been a pain, and a waste of time and product. I felt like it was a bit disingenuous of the dealership not to disclose this info online beforehand. Price was still fair. More

Vanessa set the car aside for me until I could make it to their dealer the next day. Before I even step foot in the door, I had an idea of what my payments were going to be, the down payment I needed to put down, and the trade in value of my car. I was only there about 2 hours in total. They even stayed late for me & provided great service til the end. Argenis was very nice & took his time explaining all the paperwork I had to sign. I would definitely recommend this dealer & expect to return for my next car. More
