This is the 8th or 9th car that my family has bought or leased from West Herr (me, my wife, 5 kids and M-I-L). The staff is helpful, personable, remember who we are when we stop by. friendly folks, but totally incompetent service. I had numerous warranty problems, and their policy appears to be first to deny there is a problem, and then to say they fixed it when in fact they did litt numerous warranty problems, and their policy appears to be first to deny there is a problem, and then to say they fixed it when in fact they did little or nothing. And when they do a repair, it's shoddy work and your car will often come back with more problems than when you brought it in. To get them to move, you need to write to Subaru. I regret having bought a car there. More
