Not only was she helpful with answering my questions, but she continued to contact me and keep me updated on the new deals offered by Kia. I returned to West Herr 2 years ago and leased a Kia. My entire experience while working with Lindsay was wonderful. I was never left waiting, follow calls were received and every detail was handled quickly. I explained to her that their dealership was highly recommended to me by a friend and that I had wanted to test drive a Subaru before I leased another Ford Escape. Well, I was not disappointed. Lindsay was most patient with me and took the time to explain all of the options available to me. I did lease a Subaru Legacy and have since referred my son to West Herr where he leased his next vehicle also. friendly folks, but totally incompetent service. I had numerous warranty problems, and their policy appears to be first to deny there is a problem, and then to say they fixed it when in fact they did litt numerous warranty problems, and their policy appears to be first to deny there is a problem, and then to say they fixed it when in fact they did little or nothing. And when they do a repair, it's shoddy work and your car will often come back with more problems than when you brought it in. To get them to move, you need to write to Subaru. I regret having bought a car there. More
