I have bought 4 subarus from west herr subaru since 2005. Marc has sold me my last two. I havent had a single bad experience. He helped me to organize my thoughts and pick something that I liked, but would also be practical for my lifestyle. The option of purchasing the maintenance plan was also presented to me. I couldn't pass up a deal like that and I absolutely love the idea of dropping off my car for service and picking it up without paying a penny. Conversations with staff at the dealership are always friendly and inviting and I have already recommended this dealership to a couple of friends who are looking at new vehicles. Another thing that I really like is how everyone at the dealership is very friendly in a genuine way. I get the impression that the people who work at West Herr Subarau/Kia really enjoy working there....and that is very important to me. Happy employees make happy customers....like me. As a small businessman, I don't have alot of time to take my car for oil changes. I get one day off, Sunday...and the last thing I want to do is spend half my day off at the quiklube. West Herr, and my salesman, Marc Nagy have taken care of that for me. When I schedule an oil change, I just text Marc. He swings by my business to pick up my Outback, and drops off a new Subaru for me to drive back to the dealership after work. How cool is that?! VERY smart and professional marketing! With all of the competition that exists, a dealership must rely on its employees to keep customers coming back and West Herr understands this.
