I been a loyal customer since 1992 and will only get service, purchase at this dealership . I deal with the best employees here . Patti, Len, Jason , Cindy , Pete , Aaaron , Jeremy , Ernie who is now r service, purchase at this dealership . I deal with the best employees here . All the new faces that r replacing the original team are doing well and stepping up and I have faith that will one day be as great as they learn . Please avoid dealership/ service if possible. Once you drive off they no longer treat you as a customer. Service team is very disrespectful to women especially. They do not listen to concerns. I brought in after owning for 2 months only to not have my concerns not addressed. I took to another dealership and they found a dirty cabin filter, issue with a bracket and they fixed concern with radio. All issues west Herr Nissan Orchard Park said there was nothing wrong with. I had to take time away from work and take to a non Nissan dealership. This is not good customer service. Im surprised that owner of West Herr allows this. More
