I been a loyal customer since 1992 and will only get service, purchase at this dealership . I deal with the best employees here . Patti, Len, Jason , Cindy , Pete , Aaaron , Jeremy , Ernie who is now r service, purchase at this dealership . I deal with the best employees here . Patti, Len, Jason , Cindy , Pete , Aaaron , Jeremy , Ernie who is now retired . All the new faces that r replacing the original team are doing well and stepping up and I have faith that will one day be as great as they learn . Until then I know Patti and Jason and the above still have my back with my servicing needs . Len with any sales referrals . I plan on keeping this last purchase forever ! Please avoid dealership/ service if possible. Once you drive off they no longer treat you as a customer. Service team is very disrespectful to women especially. They do not listen to concerns. I brought in after owning for 2 months only to not have my concerns not addressed. I took to another dealership and they found a dirty cabin filter, issue with a bracket and they fixed concern with radio. All issues west Herr Nissan Orchard Park said there was nothing wrong with. I had to take time away from work and take to a non Nissan dealership. This is not good customer service. Im surprised that owner of West Herr allows this. More

When you call for a service appointment it is up to a two month wait. You don't even talk to someone at that location, it is some operator at a central location.
