Dan Francis and Brad Taylor (from West Herr Toyota ) were instrumental in getting me the perfect vehicle in the perfect color. It's just what I wanted, Nissan Murano in a java mocha. The neighbors are turning their heads as they go down the street. I was impressed that these employees weren't ingratiating or "pushy" in an effort to sell. Dan was patient in explaining all the options and made sure I understood, even marking sections in the owners manual where I could get a quick reference.
