Oil Change and Tire Rotation Booked an 8:20am appointment for regular Maintanence. Drove into service bay. Greeted by Chris. To my surprise he didn't need info he was able to t Booked an 8:20am appointment for regular Maintanence. Drove into service bay. Greeted by Chris. To my surprise he didn't need info he was able to take my truck and put into system without me being involved which was time saving for me. My truck was brought around in a timely manner, meaning immediately!!!!! While in waiting area I noticed the area to be clean and hot coffee available. As the sales associates started to come in for their scheduled shift they all were polite and acknowledged me with "good morning", "how are you today". Usually at this time of morning in other locations staff isn't as bright eyed. I was greeted by Roland Tabacco (finance manager) and Brandon Thompson (sales manager) They both were extremely pleasant again at this time of morning. Both of them offered their assistance while I was waiting. I have purchased or leased 5 vehicles from Doan Dodge. This is the reason I keep coming back. Truck service was completed in a quicker than expected time frame. Total time I was there 45 minutes, at this early in morning. While I watched through the windows into the service area I noticed the service tech working on my truck spraying the residual oil off the under carriage of my truck. Usually there is some spilled from filter, I understand this happens. But the tech cleaned it off as none would drip into my driveway later. Thank you for that. These little things make the world of difference. I will continue to but my vehicles from these guys and continue to use them for my service. Thank you for you customer service. In these days this stuff if forgotten. More
