Went to West Herr CDJR for an oil change and a safety inspection. Was told by a service writer that they couldn’t get me in until Nov. The buying process was plagued with paperwork issues to begin with. Then being a new model year vehicle, the problems were almost instant. The vehicle was brought in for service yet none of the mechanical begin with. Then being a new model year vehicle, the problems were almost instant. The vehicle was brought in for service yet none of the mechanical issues were resolved. When sport mode is turned on it feels like the transmission is going to fall off or the rear differential. Rear windows drop a half inch periodically, etc. Cup holders were replaced due to a white film that would not clean off and when you wiped it with your hand it would transfer to anything else you touched. The new unit exhibits the exact same symptom so agai6, nothing was resolved. I'm concerned about this dealerships ability to get these issues resolved so now I have to now take this to a different dealership to see if these issues can be resolved. Brand new vehicle and little to no empathy. Buyer's remorse is an understatement. More
