Everything went good when purchasing my truck besides the check engine light turning on not once but two separate times after purchasing the truck. After I purchased the truck during my 60 day warranty. I contacted Mike Tyson who dealt me the truck, with the problems I had. Such as, the truck being completely dirty when it was said to have been “detailed”. There was dirt crusted into cupholders, dust everywhere, the door pocket was sticky, etc. Also, the defrost light does not light up at night which I contacted Mike about during my 60 day warranty and he responded and said he would get back to me then proceeded to not respond ever again. This has been the worst experience and I would 100% never come back to a West Herr location, and I recommend no one gets a vehicle from West Herr, they genuinely do not care about their customers they care about taking your money. More

I was disappointed, but the team didn’t miss a beat. By Wednesday, I got a call saying they had tracked down a vehicle all the way in Syracuse, brought it back the very same day, and made it possible for me to take possession that night—just in time to take advantage of every available rebate, including one that was expiring that day. They literally stayed two hours past closing to make sure everything was perfect. The entire staff was incredible—friendly, honest, and not at all pushy. They truly had my best interest at heart and worked hard to get me an amazing deal and a fantastic warranty. I felt completely taken care of from start to finish. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, especially an EV, this is the dealership you want to go to. Ask for Bill—he went above and beyond, and I can’t thank him enough.
